Job summary

Marc Jacobs International in Miami, FL is seeking a Keyholder to support daily operations and sales at the Design District store. You will manage opening/closing, ensure security, handle cash, and lead the team in the absence of management while delivering exceptional client experiences and clienteling.

Responsibilities include maintaining store readiness, driving sales with product knowledge, and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a retail setting with customer-focused experience.
• Proven reliability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable resolving issues and de-escalating situations calmly.
• Confident handling cash, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Ability to manage tasks, maintain cleanliness, and support operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Meticulous with financial tasks and security procedures.
• Ability to showcase product knowledge to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming to clients.
• Provide styling expertise and knowledge to drive sales.
• Cultivate client relationships and conduct regular clienteling.
• Lead and support the team in the absence of management.
• Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom.
• Process sales transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile cash registers at day’s end.
