Marc Jacobs International is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for its Miami Design District store in Miami, Florida. You will manage opening/closing, support sales, and lead the team in the absence of management while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include customer de-escalation, achieving KPIs, maintaining a guest-ready environment, and building strong client relationships through product knowledge and styling guidance.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Reliability, dependability, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions and deposits.
