Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Keyholder to join its Jersey Shore store in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. You will support store operations, drive sales, and lead the team in the absence of management while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes opening/closing duties, cash handling, clienteling, and maintaining security and stockroom organization to ensure a seamless shopper journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to identify problems and find quick solutions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Meticulousness in handling financial tasks and security procedures.
• Ability to display product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming for clients.
• Build sales by establishing yourself as a styling expert.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA and pillars.
• Capture client data and nurture new and existing relationships.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales and events.
• Maintain a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in good order.
• Execute opening and closing duties and protect assets.
