Job summary

Marc Jacobs in Camarillo, CA seeks a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist customers, and lead the team in the absence of management. You will manage opening and closing, handle cash, and ensure a secure, guest-ready environment while delivering an exceptional client experience.

As a Keyholder, you will develop product knowledge, drive sales, nurture client relationships, and participate in inventory and stockroom organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability and responsibility.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Confident managing cash, deposits and register accuracy.
• Organizational skills for stockroom and floor.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Keep store guest ready and welcoming.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Cultivate client relationships and execute clienteling.
• Process sales and manage cash handling procedures.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile registers daily.
• Open/close duties and maintain security.
• Provide leadership in the absence of management.
• Support stockroom organization and store operations.
