Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a part-time Keyholder for the Burlington, MA store. You will support opening/closing, ensure security and stockroom organization, and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership on the floor when managers are unavailable and maintaining KPI-driven sales performance. You will engage with clients, build data on clienteling efforts, and ensure accurate cash handling and deposits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions and deposits; register accuracy.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Build sales by sharing styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Maintain client data and initiate regular client contact.
• Provide leadership support and run the store when managers are unavailable.
• Process sales transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cash registers.
