Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Keyholder for its Miami Design District store in Miami, FL. The role focuses on opening/closing procedures, safety of people and merchandise, cash handling, and leadership support in the absence of management.

You will actively support sales, clienteling, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include de-escalation, achieving sales KPIs, maintaining stockroom and floor organization, and providing leadership when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues and de-escalate situations calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions, deposits, and ensuring register accuracy.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and KPIs.
• Maintain a guest-ready store environment and welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and styling to drive sales.
• Capture client data and cultivate new/existing relationships.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash handling.
