Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the day/shift direction and goals when associates start work.
• Perform opening/closing routines, handle deposits, and disseminate directions.
