Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and guidance to team members.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies; set daily goals and direct operations.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Engage customers with needs discovery, product demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
