Job summary

URBN Houston store is seeking a Key Holder to support daily operations and drive sales through genuine customer connections in a fun, energetic environment. You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and coach the team on delivering an exceptional service culture while enabling seamless omni-channel experiences (MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup).

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, inventory accuracy, and upholding visual standards to support profitability and brand

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail.
• Strong team player with collaborative approach.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities
