Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Broomfield, CO seeks a Key Holder to support the store leadership in service, selling, and daily processes. You will become an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team, driving an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience, manage daily zones with energy, assist in onboarding and training, and uphold store standards across operations and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued
• Drive sales and store metrics by utilizing KPIs to set team and zoning goals
• Utilize technology to deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience through execution of all omni services
• Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace and positive team dynamics
• Support training of the associate team, including new hire onboarding
• Maintain daily operating processes, restocking, and facilities/IT issue support
• Collaborate with key partners to facilitate shipment and omni fulfillment processes; uphold visuals, stock levels, and markdowns
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment and maintain open communication with leadership
