Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support at CVS Pharmacy locations, traveling between stores to maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, and store technology. You will support POS, pharmacy systems, and in-store networking while diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and minimizing disruption to store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to travel between CVS Pharmacy locations within the service area.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders when required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain and repair store systems including POS and pharmacy systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
• Install and configure new store technology and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site issues and document service calls.
• Collaborate with IT teams and provide excellent store colleague support.
• Manage inventory of IT parts and assist with orders as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent service needs.
