Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver technical support for store systems, including POS and pharmacy platforms. You will install and maintain hardware, diagnose issues, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure uptime across Seattle/Tacoma and Portland areas.

The role requires a 1+ year background in hardware troubleshooting, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A company car and phone are provided.

Qualifications

Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
Technical certifications and/or a technical degree are preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel between CVS locations.

Responsibilities

Provide field IT support for POS, pharmacy, and inventory systems.
Install, configure, and maintain store hardware and software.
Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document service calls.
Maintain inventory of IT parts and coordinate with technology teams.
