CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support at CVS Pharmacy locations across the Marietta/Kennesaw area. You will maintain store technology including POS and pharmacy systems, perform updates and repairs, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues while delivering strong customer service to store staff.

Role requires travel between stores, lifting up to 75 lbs, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
Willingness to travel frequently within Marietta/Kennesaw GA area (must reside in service area).
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders.

Responsabilités

Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
Deliver hands-on support for store systems including POS, pharmacy, and inventory systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and replacements.
Install and configure POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and determine root causes.
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and repairs.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to store colleagues while troubleshooting equipment.
