Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support at CVS Pharmacy locations, traveling between stores to maintain and repair computer systems, hardware and store technology, including POS and pharmacy systems.

The role demands diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and delivering excellent in-store support while coordinating with remote IT teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Lancaster/Reading PA.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
• Deliver hands-on support for store systems including POS and pharmacy systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
• Install and configure POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity in stores.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and determine root causes.
