T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This role thrives in a high-traffic environment where technology evolves and customer needs shift, education, demonstration, and solution recommendations are key to success.

You will learn the store-in-store experience, demonstrate products, and continuously improve skills to provide exceptional service and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
• Ability to educate customers, demonstrate products, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and resources.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
