Job summary

T-Mobile Store-In-Store Mobile Associates engage with customers in a busy warehouse/club kiosk, educating and recommending solutions to keep customers connected. You will learn the store-in-store process, gain product knowledge, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on exceptional service.

Expect hands-on training, opportunities to drive sales, referrals, and customer relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; share knowledge and improve store operations.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and nurture relationships.
