Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and highlight member benefits while delivering exceptional service. Training will cover store-in-store processes, products, and systems; you will build relationships, drive sales activity, and help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and foster relationships to drive sales.
