Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to serve customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and relate solutions to customer needs while delivering exceptional experiences that drive sales and loyalty.

You will receive comprehensive training, benefit from a strong team culture, and work in a dynamic environment where technology and customer needs evolve. Compensation includes base pay, training pay, and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; perform skills practice and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and drive sales activity at the location.
