Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to energize a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions to connect people with what matters most. Training and ongoing skills development are emphasized to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

You’ll engage customers, capture referrals, and help drive sales in a fast-paced setting while representing T-Mobile values and delivering exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred
• Excellent communication and ability to educate customers

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate product benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; continuously improve skills.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, and collect referrals.
