Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on products, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions with digital tools.

Role emphasizes identifying customer needs, building rapport, and driving sales while following onboarding and training processes. Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education and service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions using digital tools.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to assist customers.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate solution-based selling for value.
• Assist with onboarding, price overrides for offers, and Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience.
