Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates for its Store-in-Store teams to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage a high-traffic customer base, educate on products, and drive sales with solution-based strategies while building strong customer relationships.

You will complete training on products and processes, use digital tools for onboarding, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions; be customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
