Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on products, and build relationships to drive sales while using self-serve tools and completing ongoing training.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting, aiming to exceed performance targets with exceptional service and the Be Back process while supporting account setup and device assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, retail environment advantageous.
• 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and education to showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems, and stay customer-ready with knowledge sharing and on-site operations.
