Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment to help customers stay connected to what matters most. Responsibilities include training on store processes, engaging customers, and driving sales while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and reference resources to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, attract potential buyers, follow up, collect referrals, and foster relationships with new and existing customers.
