Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to serve as the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk.

You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and provide exceptional service in a high-traffic setting while growing relationships and driving sales. Role involves learning the store-in-store experience, participating in training, and leveraging digital tools to connect customers with benefits like stock grants and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and demonstrating value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best customer experience.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
