Meijer Inc. is hiring a Store HR Representative for a new location in Illinois. You will partner with store leadership to drive staffing, onboarding, training and engagement across the team, while implementing HR programs and policies.

You will support talent development, performance processes and employee relations, traveling for training as needed to support a successful store opening.

Qualifikationen

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in HR preferred.
• Ability to present leadership and be approachable.
• Independent initiative with strong planning skills.

• Staffing, interview and selection support for store roles.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and training to drive retention.
• Engage leadership through HR initiatives and communication.
• Provide guidance on career development and performance.
• Analyze talent development, retention and total rewards processes.
• Consult leadership on employee relations and policy adherence.
