Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Store HR Representative to provide HR support to store leadership, guiding staffing, onboarding, training, and employee relations across our stores.

You will partner with the regional HR team to execute HR goals and ensure compliance with policies and total rewards programs. In this role you will manage staffing processes, coordinate onboarding and training, drive engagement through HR initiatives, and deliver impactful communication to team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in HR preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to present and engage groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing, interview, and selection for store roles; manage ATS.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, and training to drive engagement.
• Champion engagement through HR initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication to all team members.
• Assist with talent management reports and development plans.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations and policy.
• Support investigations of complaints and policy violations.
• Support market managers on HR projects.
