Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in executing company strategies, drive store goals, and elevate the customer experience. The AGM will lead the store team, coordinate with Field Leaders and SSC, and act as the owner of the store to empower department managers.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, labor planning, compliance with standards, and building an engaged team.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical ability to forecast business needs and develop solutions.
Basic computer skills including MS Office for reporting and scheduling.
Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
Solid business acumen with full accountability for P&L management.
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and resources.
Leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
Education: GED or high school diploma; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and develop a team of Managers focused on customer service and store presentation.
Coach, train and empower Managers using data to drive decisions.
De‑escalate negative customer experiences and support Associates.
Ensure compliance with merchandising and operations standards.
Lead scheduling and labor planning in partnership with the Operations Manager.
Recruit, hire and retain a passionate store leadership team.
Support HR programs and onboarding for new hires.
