Walmart in Deptford, NJ is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop store teams, drive customer service excellence, and oversee operations to achieve sales and profit goals.

This role requires supervisory experience and a BS in Business Management and Leadership is preferred. Strong budgeting, people leadership, and a commitment to Walmart's values and community programs are essential.

Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, the position may require a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings (Academy/Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales/profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits qualified staff.
• Ensures compliance with Walmart policies, supports integrity and Open Door Policy in daily operations.
