• Attending job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store performance via budgeting, merchandising, and operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and Open Door policy.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ethics.
