Job summary

Walmart in Gloucester, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will coach associates, monitor operations, and apply company standards to everyday store activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing action plans to meet sales, shrink, and service goals while fostering a culture of belonging and integrity across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manages customer service initiatives and store operations across the designated area, ensuring a high quality customer experience.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
