Walmart Inc. in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Food & Consumables Coach to lead and develop store teams, coach associates, and uphold exceptional customer service.

You will drive store performance by overseeing budgets, merchandise, and operations, while modeling the One Best Way service model and promoting a culture of belonging. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of college or equivalent work experience with supervisory exposure.
• 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work with supervision.
• May require firearms background checks for applicable facilities.

• Leads and develops store teams by teaching training, giving feedback, and coaching associates.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures high-quality customer experiences.
• Oversees store financials, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales goals.
• Coordinates merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to drive performance.
