Responsibilities include hiring and developing the store team, creating schedules, controlling expenses, handling customer issues, and maintaining security. Prior retail management experience and a commitment to community engagement are required.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business preferred.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise a large number of associates.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and merchandising skills.
• Background screenings completed successfully.

Responsabilidades

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading the store and adhering to company policies.
• Maintains store security and acts as a key-holding manager.
• Plans, organises, and directs store activities with other management.
• Ensures high levels of customer service and resolves complaints.
• Ensures efficient product flow within the store.
• Recruits, hires, and develops store staff.
• Coaches and trains management staff.
• Communicates effectively through briefings and meetings.
• Creates schedules to ensure adequate store coverage.
• Builds community relations and partnerships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
