The role requires strong leadership, communication, and merchandising skills, with responsibilities ranging from scheduling to community relations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in business-related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to act in a mature and conscientious manner.
• Ability to supervise a large number of associates.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and merchandising skills.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading the store and adhering to company policies.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding management member.
• Plan, organize, and direct store activities with other management.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve complaints satisfactorily.
• Ensure efficient product flow within the store.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store talent.
• Coach, train, and develop the management staff.
• Facilitate communication through daily briefings and meetings.
• Create store schedules to provide adequate coverage.
• Enhance store reputation through community relations and partnerships.
• Handle bank deposits and change orders as needed.
• Create daily schedules and agendas to match business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
