Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to supervise many associates.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and merchandising skills.
• Successful background screenings completed.
