Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading the store and adhering to company policies.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding member of management.
• Plans, organizes, and directs store activities with other management.
• Ensures top-tier customer service and resolves complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensures efficient product flow within the store.
• Recruits and hires talent for the store team.
• Coaches, trains, and develops management staff.
• Facilitates effective communication via briefings and meetings.
• Creates schedules to provide adequate coverage for all operations.
• Enhances the store’s reputation through community relations.
• Drops off bank deposits and pickups cash/orders as needed.
• Retrieves café/grocery supplies when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
