Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive revenue, and ensure exemplary customer service. You will coach a team, manage schedules, and uphold compliance while building brand loyalty across our branches.

The role offers hands-on coaching, executive exposure, and development programs to accelerate career growth, with a base hourly rate of $24 and eligibility for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow business and improve store metrics.
• Lead local marketing efforts and community events to drive revenue.
