Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for the Summerville, SC location. You will lead store operations, coach the team, ensure compliance, and drive revenue while delivering world-class customer service.

This role offers hands-on coaching, strong training, competitive hourly pay of $19.25 plus bonuses, benefits, and opportunities to advance across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to grow the business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build referrals through partnerships and events.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and laws.
