Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Ridgeland, Mississippi seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive growth. You will ensure compliance, manage performance, and build brand loyalty through superior customer service.

The role offers hands-on coaching and opportunities across the brand family. The position pays $19.25 per hour with eligibility for performance bonuses; full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
