MobilityWorks is seeking a General Manager in Charlotte, NC to drive flawless execution of the store operations playbook and achieve ambitious goals. You will oversee consumer and commercial sales, service operations, and lead a high-performing team while protecting brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to Regional Sales and Service leadership, you will forecast sales, manage inventory, coach staff, and partner with HR to hire and develop talent.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales management.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the store’s operation including consumer and commercial sales and service.
• Support company initiatives and communicate with Regional Sales and Service Managers.
• Report store performance through KPIs and rhythm.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business with local marketing.
• Partner with HR to hire and retain staff for store staffing plans.
• Coach and mentor the team to drive effectiveness in each position.
• Maintain standards for courteous, professional customer treatment and satisfaction.
• Promote training culture and participate in company training initiatives.
• Supervise and promote the sale of all company products and services from all locations.
