United Access L.L.C. seeks a General Manager to lead an entire store operation, drive revenue growth, and own financial performance.

You will coach a diverse team, oversee sales, rentals, service, and admin, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced mobility solutions environment. This hands-on leader will manage people, implement growth strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all functions, from lead management to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in GM/branch roles.
• Proven track record in revenue targets and P&L.
• Strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with business systems and reporting tools.
