Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all facets of store operations: consumer and commercial sales, and service.
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Develop local marketing and maintain messaging aligned with regional managers.
• Forecast unit sales and gross profit, report performance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain qualified staff; uphold customer service standards.
