Job summary

You will manage P&L and scheduling tools, maintain supplier relationships, and drive community outreach and local marketing while ensuring food safety and exceptional store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold brand mission.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipping as needed.
• Review KPIs to identify issues and opportunities, then take corrective action.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by all team members at all times.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance in line with Smoothie King guidelines.
• Implement company programs and drive action plans; inspire team to meet standards.
• Develop local store marketing plans and engage in community outreach and events.
• Recognize team achievements using existing tools and innovative recognition methods.
