Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or service.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow business and ensure high customer service quality.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within approved limits.
• Enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and company procedures; participate in audits.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and safety controls.
• Schedule staff to meet store needs and ensure adequate coverage.
