CCF Family of Brands seeks a General Manager for Titlemax in Fenton, MO. You’ll lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive growth while upholding compliance and delivering world‑class customer service.

Expect hands‑on coaching, executive exposure, and development programs to advance your career and earnings potential. You’ll oversee performance, marketing, and operations, including loan/pawn processing, audits, and safety.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing, moving up to 25 pounds, and keyboard operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
• Lead local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and transactions while assessing risk.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local/state regulations.
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and loss prevention.
