Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Sumter, SC is seeking a General Manager for the TitleMax location. You will lead daily operations, coach a team, drive revenue, ensure compliance, and deliver world-class customer service to build brand loyalty.

You will receive hands-on coaching, executive exposure, and development programs to sharpen leadership skills. This in-store role offers an hourly pay rate with performance bonuses and advancement opportunities across our eleven-brand

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Experience operating in a leadership capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store performance and meet/exceed Company standards.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and compliance.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build referrals through partnerships.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications, assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards and conduct audits/compliance reviews.
• Manage cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Develop staffing schedules within budget and store needs.
• Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance, planogram adherence, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a full-time schedule including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
