Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Kingsland, GA seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a TitleMax store. You’ll drive daily operations, coach a team, manage loan/pawn activities, uphold compliance, and deliver world-class customer service.

The role offers an hourly wage of $19.25 with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, retirement, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach teams.
• Ability to manage store operations, compliance, and customer service standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall store performance and meet company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow revenue and improve customer service.
• Identify local marketing strategies and participate in community events.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards and compliance with laws and audits.
• Supervise cash handling and loss prevention; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for peak periods.
• Handle complex customer issues with professionalism.
