Job summary

The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCF) is seeking a General Manager for our Titlemax store in Kennesaw, GA. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive revenue while upholding compliance and delivering top-tier customer service.

This role includes extensive training, career development, and cross-brand mobility across 11 brands nationwide. Strong leadership and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, Point of Sale and Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands described for in-store work.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with laws.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and office security.
• Open/close procedures and train staff on keyholder duties.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for performance.
• Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance and oversee marketing materials and promotions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and complete additional tasks as directed.
• Maintain full-time attendance, including weekends (min 40 hours/week).
