Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for our TitleMax store in Calhoun, GA. You will lead the store team, coach employees, ensure compliance, and deliver a white-glove customer experience while building brand recognition and driving performance.

You will oversee operations, manage KPIs, sales goals through loans/pawns, community engagement, security, and daily reporting. The role requires in-person full-time availability, weekend hours, and a valid driver\'s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, moving about the store, and operating a keyboard

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members to build new business and maintain store profitability
• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards and KPIs
• Lead the team to reach or exceed sales goals by extending loan or pawn products and identifying local marketing strategies
• Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws
• Maintain a professional atmosphere aligning with Company values and oversee store planograms and promotional materials
• Use a personal vehicle for bank deposits and Company tasks throughout the day
• Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with customers and Team Members
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours (40+ hours/week)
