Community Choice Financial Family of Brands’ TitleMax in Lexington, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, uphold compliance, and deliver world-class customer service.

You’ll coach a team, manage risk, and partner with local marketing while benefiting from comprehensive training, career progression, and the company’s Total Compensation package.

This full-time role requires a 40-hour week with in-person attendance, and an hourly base of $19.25 with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance and meet company standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive new business and growth.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and laws.
• Oversee cash management, loss prevention, and security.
• Open/close procedures and train key staff.
• Hire, review, and retain employees.
• Develop schedules aligned to budget and store needs.
• Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance and promote seasonal/promotional materials.
