Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a General Manager for TitleMax in Hinesville, GA. You will lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance and customer service excellence.

You will train and develop staff, manage scheduling, and engage in local marketing, community events, and brand alignment. A strong leader with 18+ years, a HS diploma, and supervisory experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance; 18+ age requirement.
• Background check required and physical ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team members to drive growth and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and community partnerships.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and audits.
• Supervise cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Prepare staff schedules to fit budget and store needs.
• Handle complex customer issues with professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance and planogram compliance.
• Occasionally perform on-site vehicle appraisals and errands.
